Return/Replacement/Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Digitechstores.com.
In order to return a product and be eligible for a replacement/refund, product has to be either un-opened from it’s box or proven with a manufacturing defect.
You can also be eligible to have your product replaced if you faced one of the bellow issues:
- Upon Product delivery (and installation if applicable) it did not function when plugged in; no gas, compressor stuck up, no power.
- Upon Product delivery (and installation if applicable) it appeared to have body damage: scratched, dented, damage body or /and part.
- Upon Product delivery (and installation if applicable) there were missing accessories, wrong/missing label, unconnected wire or lose connection, rust or corrosion, etc.
Similarly, we will not be able to return/refund/replace products with one or more of the below conditions:
- Product is damaged due to improper storage or handling, fire, electrical surges or other catastrophe at your end.
- Product is sold expressly as non-returnable.
- Products bought from secondary source i.e., not from Digitechstores.com directly
- Products with no Serial Numbers or readable seals.
- Products that Digitech determines as unacceptable in its sole discretion as misbranded or mishandled or counterfeit.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your replacement/refund. For refund requests, money will be returned via cheque payment. Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for this process to be completed.
Non-returnable expense: “Digitechstores.com is not responsible for any financial charges (like bank charges or finance expenses) or refund transport and handling expenses for returned products”.

Digitech’s Points program (“Program”) is designed to help you get the most out of your experience. Earning Digitech Stores Points
- Points are collected after each order from Digitechstores.com
- Points collection starts from the date and time the program is launched, no points will be collected based on backdated orders.
Upon notice, Digitech reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability to Customers, all or part of the Points’ value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. Digitech reserves the right to adjudicate all Points discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Digitechs agree to abide by any such adjudication. Digitech Stores Points Redemption
- Points are not redeemable for cash
- Digitechs can redeem points on carts that include products under promotion
- Points can be redeemed in correlation with other coupons
- Points may be applied toward partial orders or purchases, and the remainder of the order will be paid by chosen method of payment by Digitech.
- Points are available for redemption for the purchase of products on the Site only while supplies last and quantities may be limited.
To redeem your Points simply
- login to your account and go to my points
- Then go to manage points where you can convert your points to a discount coupon.
- Copy your coupon code and start your purchase process then continue through the checkout process.
- When you get to the cart, you’ll see a box that says “Coupon code” paste the coupon you copied in the box and press apply coupon.
Your Points will be redeemed and the value will be deducted from your order total. Done!
Refunds & Returns
- Any items purchased as a result of Points redemption and is to be returned and refunded (according to Return/Refund and Replacement policy) may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). Purchases made with Points will ship in the normal course of business.
- Points earned via normal cash payment for purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.
- In-case the full quantity of points a Digitech possesses does not cover the quantity of points that should be rescinded as a result of a return/refund, then the value of these outstanding points in SDG should be deducted from the refund amount.

Digitech Points Expiration
Points will expire 3 years from the date they were first earned. If Customer does not redeem Points within this time frame, Customer forfeits all such Points.
Your Account page lists your Rewards Points balance history, which displays the dates your points were earned.
Termination
Digitech may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. Digitech may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Digitech’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Digitech reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Customer from participating in any aspect of the Program if Digitech deems or suspects that such Customer has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Rewards Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Digitech to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Digitech makes relating to termination or suspension of any Customer’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Digitech shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold Digitech and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Customer of any of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or any violation by Customer of applicable law.
Governing Law
The laws of the Sudan shall govern these Rewards Terms and Conditions. Customer hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Khartoum for all matters arising in connection with these Rewards Terms and Conditions or Customer’s participation in the Program.
