Warranty:
Digitech provide:
– ONE YEAR limited warranty for Solar Panels against manufacturing defects.
– ONE YEAR limited warranty for Inverters against manufacturing and installation defects.
– ONE YEAR limited warranty for Batteries against manufacturing and installation defects.
– ONE YEAR warranty for Solar System against installation defects if it had been installed by Digitech
Digitech authorized solar solutions subcontractor; otherwise the warranty is considered null and void.
Warranty is subjected to the condition that Inverters should be working within the range of load and photovoltaic as stated in the inverter label; otherwise the warranty is considered null and void.
– In case of product misuse, neglecting, improper installation, physical damage or breakage, fall, or alteration, either internally or externally, or damage due to improper use or handling, the warranty is considered null and void.
– In case of installation by customer, the installation should be in accordance with Digitech installation guidelines, supervision and procedures with a written authorization otherwise the warranty is considered null and void.
– The battery installed should be the recommended type and size in accordance with the permissible inverter capacity range.
– In case of using batteries as backup without solar panels the warranty is considered null and void.
– Customer are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these conditions at the time of purchase.
– Warrantee terms & conditions could be changed without any prior notice.
– Digitech is not obliged to replace any battery under warranty if the continuous inverter load exceeds 50% of the maximum inverter capacity.
– Battery overall warranty starts strictly from the day of purchase regardless. The company is obliged only to the remaining warranty time and residual value or the battery.
– This warranty is subjected and limited to Digitech warranty policy shared as warranty card with the products.
